This month we present yoga with Thallon Rose. Her yoga asana sessions are all level and a great bofy mind connect experience. Zaire Black will then facilitate Breath Meditation “Breathwork” that focuses on the heart center. The soundbath to follow is lead by Sacred Liiight.
