Our Sacred Liiight Group Experiences offer a serene space where you can unwind and rejuvenate. These immersive journeys are designed to bring friends, families and communities into harmony though sound, light and intentional practices. Each Experience Tier provides a way to create a shared experience of connection, renewal and upliftment that your group will remember long after the gathering! Sound Bath Led by Evelyn (of Sacred Healing Sessions), a certified Sound Bath Practictioner, alongside DJ/Producer Dru Ali (of Liiightspace), who fuses live ambient soundscapes in real time with the healing sounds from sonic energy tools such as crystal singing bowls, tibetan singing bowls & angel therapy harps, this personalized session allows you to journey inward, promoting deep relaxation and emotional release. Ajna Light We also incorporate the Ajna Light (intentional Light Self Therapy) which gently stimulates your brain with pulsed white light, encouraging your brain to enter the same deep states of relaxation experienced by seasoned meditation practitioners. Many experience visionary journeys, altered states, and profound inner awareness. Using intentional Light Self Therapy, the Ajna Light gently encourages your brain to enter the same deep states of relaxation experienced by seasoned meditation practitioners. This creates space for profound self-awareness and personal transformation, making it an excellent complement to other therapies you may be exploring.
